What is an estoppel certificate?
An estoppel certificate is an official document confirming the current status of HOA dues, fees, and any outstanding violations or balances for a property. It is typically required by title companies and lenders during a real estate closing.
How long does it take?
Regular requests are processed within 10 business days. Rush requests are processed within 3 business days, from receipt of a valid, complete request.
Is there a fee?
Regular processing: $299. Rush processing (up to 3 business days): $418. Delinquent account: $179. For bulk order pricing, please contact our office.
Who can request an estoppel?
Estoppel certificates may be requested by the property owner, a licensed real estate agent, title company, or attorney involved in the transaction.
