Yellow Rose Association Services was built from the ground up by people who understand Florida communities — not a national franchise trying to fit a local mold. We started with a simple belief: HOA boards deserve a management company that treats their community like a priority, not a number on a spreadsheet.
Today we serve communities throughout North/Eastern and North/Central Florida, bringing hands-on management, transparent financials, and genuine care to every HOA we partner with. Jennilyn founded Yellow Rose Association Services with a vision for HOA management that puts community first. Her hands-on approach and deep knowledge of Florida HOA law have made her a trusted partner for boards across the region.
Breanna Bruce
Business Administrator
Breanna keeps operations running smoothly — managing communications, documentation, and administrative processes so boards and homeowners always have what they need.
Gery Bruce

Suzana Soares Balula
Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM)
Suzana Soares Balula is a proud Portuguese-American who was raised in Connecticut before making Florida her home in 2019. After relocating to the Sunshine State, she discovered her passion for community association management and became a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). Since then, she has dedicated her career to supporting communities, building positive relationships, and helping residents navigate the many aspects of community living. Suzana truly enjoys being an LCAM and takes pride in making a difference through open communication, problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help others. She believes that successful community management is about more than maintaining properties — it is about building trust, bringing people together, and helping create communities that residents are proud to call home.
